Week 5 Results -- Huge Scores!
What a week!! It's hard to remember a week with so many different people posting impressive scores.
The pizza competition was especially exciting -- Tony Perry (203) and Juan Ramirez (235) each logged their career high scores in the second game, but they were both edged out by Drew Mores, whose 254 put him an incredible 84 pins over average. But the biggest accomplishment of the night belonged to Keith Bruneau, who was near perfection with his 289 in the first game. Keith took over the top spot in the season high game standings in both the scratch and handicap divisions. Meanwhile, Tony Perry's 579 series -- an outlandish 168 pins over average for the night -- puts him atop the handicap high series standings for the season. Nice bowling!!
With four weeks left in the first trimester, 4 Pins 8 Balls leads the league with 29 team points, but more than half the league is within eight points of the top spot. In other words, it's still anyone's game!
Our league standings sheet is always available at the League Secretary website.
